I am thrilled to present to you a selection of one-of-a-kind journals, created with love and whimsy in The Vintage Nest studio. After giving so completely of yourself, it's time to baby your spirit by penning your thoughts and preserving the past and the future. Always crafted with something of the past and treasured for something new. Inside covers are lined with embossed floral anaglypta papiers and sweet almond scented Italian Coccoina glues are used. There are 100 sheets or 200 lined pages and it measures 9.75" x 7.5". Each journal is signed and comes with a matching tassled book mark. This journal features delightfully faded imagery lifted from my collection of antique penny postcards..... a gorgeous winged angel surrounded by rose buds and a beautiful pink roses postcard along with glittered pink carnations from a 1940's anniverary card. Dried pressed flowers and leaves from my garden along with a few scattered lavender petals complete this pretty cover. Faded and precious as a long ago worn and faded prom corsage. Presented on the side are a gorgeous array of ribbons from my collection. A fabulous vintage wide turquoise flocked ribbon, pink satin ribbons, white satin ribbons and vintage silver crinkled ribbon, all glitzed with a large vintage creamy ivory button, a pink faux pearls dangle and an antique multi-faceted double clear pendant.
