I am thrilled to present to you a selection of one-of-a-kind journals, created with love and whimsy in The Vintage Nest studio. After giving so completely or yourself, it's time to baby your spirit by penning your thoughts and preserving the past and the future. Always created with something of the past and treasured for something new. Inside covers are lined with embossed floral anaglypta papiers and sweet almond scented Italian Coccoina glues are used. There are 100 sheets or 200 lined pages and it measures 9.75" x 7.5". Each journal is signed and comes with a matching tasseled bookmark. This journal features clips from an antique Montgomery Ward catalog of children's clothing and shoes. One saying says: Children must play if they are to develop healthfully and normally and in playing they WILL get dirty, usually making a lot of extra work for the tired mother." A charming yellow ducky die-cut from the early 1990's and a book cutout and blue satin bow from a 1940's anniversary card complete this charming scenario. Three vintage tiny white ivory buttons, still with their thread, adds more nostalgia. Presented on the side with a gorgeous vintage antique blue moire ribbon, blue and yellow grosgain ribbon, white vintage netting, a large turquoise vintage button, a 1985 Hallmark pink umbrella charm with a duck inside and a vintage baby. These charming altered journals possess original designs and are a delightful way to pen your thoughts and memories during your expectancy and sweetpea's early years.
